Connection Testing

VietQR codes are generated locally on your server per the Napas standard — no intermediary, no per-transaction fees.
Manual Payment Confirmation
Staff check the bank statement and click confirm when payment is received. The system logs who confirmed, when, and the reference number.

Connect Your Payment Gateways
Go to Settings → Payment, enable the desired gateway, and enter your API key. Click Test Connection to confirm before going live.
Send a Payment Link to Your Customer
From an order or subscription, select Generate Payment Link. The system creates a URL with a unique idempotency key and delivers it via email, Zalo, or SMS.
Customer Pays on the Checkout Page
The customer opens the link, selects a gateway, and scans the QR or transfers. A 30-minute countdown keeps them on track.
Transaction Recorded & Automation Triggered
The system receives the callback, saves the transaction as an append-only record, updates the subscription, and triggers automatic e-invoice issuance.
